YURAKA とは
漢字では揺花と書き、ゆらかと読みます。担当の好きな曲の歌詞と、花が好きなことや、季節や各年齢によりうつろうような美しさの変化を、その時々に形に残すようなジュエリーやアクセサリーを取り扱いたいと思い、このタイトルにて展開しております。
YURAKA.Design とは
ジュエリーを身近に、初めての方にも気軽に楽しんで頂けるよう、素材をシルバーや天然石等の低価格帯を使用した、完全にオリジナルのアクセサリーを取り扱っています。現在は限定的なイベントにて不定期に販売しておりますが、量産品ではない為、時期によってはオーダー受注がメインとなります。

有資格者の担当がセレクトしたハイクオリティなジュエリーを、店舗でご覧になって頂くよりもできる限り手の届く価格で、ジュエリーが本当にお好きなお客様に少しでも多く身に着けて頂きたいという気持ちから立ち上げたサービスです。
Instagramやサイトに掲載されている写真や動画をご覧になって購入品が決まったら、お客様のご都合の良い日時を送って頂き、そこから対面での販売という形を取らせて頂いております。
取り扱う製品の特性上・価格帯の為、セキュリティを1番に、公開している住所はオープンオフィス及び工房となりますが、ご購入される方へは全ての情報を事前に開示いたしますので、ご理解ください。
デザイン、販売担当 について
ジュエリーの販売に20年ほど携わっておりました。大手小売店やリフォームメーカー、オーダー専門店。個人のデザイナーズブランド、SC、駅ビル、百貨店等様々なところで販売、店長を経て、営業職にて店長・販売スタッフ育成や不振店舗の売上改善や新規出展に従事。
2019年末頃に、【個人個人のお客様を大切にしたい気持ち】と、【もっと密にお客様のジュエリー生活に役立てるのではないか】とYURAKAを立ち上げましたが、同時にコロナ渦となり、ここ数年は販売よりも友人知人の業界の仲間との共同作業に比重を置いていました。
今回 withコロナが進む中、落ち着いた形で安定した製品やサービスを提供できる環境が整ったところでの改めてのスタートとなります。

販売だけでなく、経歴上ジュエリーに必要なメンテナンスやリモデル（リフォーム）・オーダーまでお応えできますので、ご自身の大切なジュエリーについてもお気軽にご相談ください。
ご利用方法について
① Instagramやサイトで製品をご覧いただいて、購入したいお品物が決まりましたらDMやライン公式等からお知らせください。
② 内容を確認次第、こちらより【日程】と【2か所にある都内事務所】のご希望をお伺いします。
③ 当日近隣駅にて待ち合わせ、もしくは直接決定した事務所へご来訪して頂き実際の商品をご覧になって頂きます。
また購入決定での来訪際はこちらから無理にお勧めすることはいたしませんが、ご希望あれば同価格帯・デザイン等で他の製品もご案内が可能です。（※その際は事務所の指定ができません）
ネット通販・配送について
対面で直接の購入をお願いしておりますが、どうしても都内までは無理等理由がございましたら、【お客様の通販等でのジュエリー購入の頻度】等をお聞かせ願いながら、できる限り実物との相違が無いよう事前に動画やzoomで製品を見て頂いたりのご対応をさせて頂きたく存じます。

What is YURAKA?
The name “Yuraka” is an expression of “swaying petals” in Japanese. I am developing this title because I would like to offer jewelry and accessories that reflect the lyrics of my favorite songs, my love of flowers, and the beauty that changes with the seasons and age of each person.
What is YURAKA.Design？
YURAKA.Design offers completely original accessories made of low-priced materials such as silver and natural stones to make jewelry more accessible and enjoyable for beginners. Currently,
we sell our products at limited events on an irregular basis, but since they are not mass-produced, we mainly take orders depending on the time of the year.
What is YURAKA.luv.jewelry?
YURAKA.luv.jewelry is a service we launched to provide customers who truly love jewelry with high quality jewelry selected by our qualified sales staff at a price that is more affordable than what you can find at a store.
Once a customer has decided on an item to purchase after viewing the photos and videos on our Instagram and website, he or she can send us the date and time that is most convenient for him or her, and we will sell the item in person.
Due to the nature of the products we handle and the price range, security is our number one priority, and our public address is an open office and workshop, but we will disclose all information to those who purchase in advance.
About the sales representative
I have been involved in jewelry sales and marketing for 20 years. I have worked for major retailers, remodeling companies, individual designer brands, shopping centers, station buildings, department stores, and various other places to improve sales, staff training, and store sales.
Around the end of 2019, I launched YURAKA with a [desire to take care of each individual customer] and to [help customers’ jewelry life more closely], but at the same time, I became a corona vortex and for the past few years, I have been more focused on working with friends and acquaintances in the industry than on sales.
This time, as WITH CORONA moves forward, we will start anew in a calm and stable environment where we can provide products and services in a stable manner.

In addition to sales, I can also provide maintenance, remodeling, and ordering services necessary for jewelry due to my background, so please feel free to consult with me about your own precious jewelry.
How to use our services
① Please let us know via DM or official line when you decide what you would like to purchase after viewing our products on Instagram or our website.
(2) After confirming the details, we will ask you about your preference of [date] and [office in Tokyo in two locations].
(3) You can either meet us at a nearby station on the day of the event, or you can come directly to the office you have decided on and see the actual products.
We will not forcefully recommend products to you when you come to our office to make a purchase decision, but we can show you other products in the same price range and design, etc. if you wish. (*In that case, you will not be able to specify the office.)
About online shopping and delivery
We ask our customers to purchase jewelry in person, but if there is a reason why you cannot travel to Tokyo, we would like to know how often you purchase jewelry by mail order, etc., and we would be happy to show you a video or a zoom view of the product beforehand so that there is as little difference as possible between the actual product and the product.
